The snow crabs have disappeared from Alaska.
And the world does nothing.

Fires are burning out of control in many areas.

And the world does nothing.
Our medical system is completely broken, doctors are quitting, insurance is breaking the backs of everyone not ridiculously wealthy.

And the world does nothing.

Our parents and grandparents had the ability to retire, had the security of social security not being threatened, had the economy be the best in ways that we cannot comprehend, they got to have a retirement in their old age.

And the world does nothing.

The world will judge us not by what we did but by the tremendously broken moral character that allows the workers of the world economies to consistently struggle and never get ahead.
While the rich get richer and the world dies while they squander away the potential of a beautiful world for money and ego.

Seems we are in a moment in time when the information continues to leak out about powerful people throughout history who have blocked scientific studies and actively thwarted facts from being accepted because of human bias and agenda.

Such things are so demoralizing to a society.

We need to have access to unbiased and scientific truths to be a functional society. And it becomes essential if we are going to save this beautiful planet, the plants, ecosystems, animals, oceans, and ourselves.

I am grateful that I am the age I am.

I have tried to live off the grid for over a decade and tried to lower my carbon footprint for decades. I even bought one of the first Priuses from Toyota.

Yet, too many were not allowed to have the information to make proper decisions.

While our children are going to blame us (as well they should), those that are at the highest fault are every politician that stood in the way of any sort of truth-telling that would shift the populace into action that would support us in finally not allowing big corporations to manipulate and lie so they could get tax credits from our government to continue to destroy this planet.

And that is exactly what they have done. To call it anything else would be to continue that lie.

I don’t how to move others to take out the politicians that keep getting in the way of constructive change but to speak up and stand for the planet.

If we cannot do that at this point, then we are perhaps not worth saving.
