Grateful to be home and in my own bed. 

Grateful to have a roof over my head.

Loving the fall as the leaves turn and get caught in the wind.

Loving being home with all my animal and bird friends.

Noticing the shifts in priorities as I age at this time.

Recognizing that while some things quickly turn on a dime.

Deep in my heart, I am moving past attachments for the freedom of letting go.

And I appreciate the peace that comes from moving slow.

Learn to embrace the stages of life.

And let go of those that cause suffering and strife.

There is a moment when we realize that we are out of time.

And what seemed so important becomes a paradigm.
