Poem

There are moments when the light is dim.

And we see world problems that are grim.

Some cannot wait to take a stand.

Others expect the wealthy to lend a helping hand.

Laziness is expressed as avoidance of action.

It is how toxic people distract with great satisfaction.

They use opinions to try to confuse those with a moral heart.

They will do everything they can to interrupt a new start.
Great art is not going to visit those lying in a bed.

Great change does not happen if it only lives in your head.
If your pillow holds more dreams than you plant seeds in the ground.

You have lost all momentum and will never astound.
Shiver with excitement rather than under your sheets.

Explore the world and experience defeats.
Your time in this dimension is a finite thing.

Make this life so full … it makes you sing.

You will never know how talented you are.

If you are not willing to risk and lean into the bizarre.
