Poem – Setting Our Intentions

Today we set our intentions for the new year.

Take some risks and reach out with no fear.

This is the time where we voice our dreams.

The ones that we intend to give the energy to beam.

We set the tone now for 2023.

I choose a life like I dream things could be.

My dreams include all of mankind.

My dreams include expanding a compassion that is more refined.

I wish for each and all of you.

A dream that has the ability to come through.

A dream that is shared by most of us all.

A dream that can carry us rather than force us to crawl.

That means that we need to come together with a shared dream.

Then those intentions will have the power like a jet stream.

And the changes that so many hearts want and need.

Will finally find a place to grow and succeed.
