This number 8 feels a bit sad as we come to the end of this holiday season. Because of all the conflicts, financial issues and war going on in the world, it seems to have an impact on our emotions and mood.
Perhaps today, take a moment to pause, and reflect on how lucky we all are at this moment. Acknowledge the challenges and places where we might have wanted to give up but didn’t. Recognize the many things we have learned to overcome and see that challenges are not intended to break us down all the time.
Sometimes, those challenges are to make us stretch more, try harder from a different angle, and discover how much more we have inside.
Emotionally allow yourself to feel into this beautiful depth you currently carry. Sensitivity is a gift that offers much if we are willing to work with it and allow it to show us those hidden places where magic still lies, waiting for us to be willing to embrace more of our totality.
We live in a world where we are fascinated with tales of magic and those that have special abilities. Those special abilities were honed in the fires of emotions that tore down ego and allowed that deeper sensitivity to arise.
Today, let down your guard and try to allow what is deep within to find doorways to the surface of your awareness. Allow that sensitivity to shape the magic inside. One cannot be great artistically or powerful in the realms of healing arts if one is not willing to notice subtle energies, learn how to track them, then learn how to move them in ways that promote healing.
Today, notice all that you have touched and have healed. Notice now might be a time to take time to heal us.
