1 + 6 = 7

The Number 7 begs the question, “Why?” We want to know and make sense out of things. It is the nature of humanity to be infinitely curious. The challenge is that often our mind has not matured to be able to understand certain complex concepts that underly all things. That is why today, open your mind and realize that those thoughts that do not want to be flexible or to change are contrary to allowing the mind to expand. Too often our thoughts fall into patterns that are habitual but not helpful for our own growth.
That is why it is important to allow that human curiosity to constantly be available and to allow each of us to continue to try new things and find things that challenge our presumptions.
Everything in our world will not fit neatly into our mental box. While it fits into something … that something is bigger and vaster than our small minds can currently comprehend.
It is okay to want to know more. It is a part of being human to want things to make sense. But we have to remember that there are many things that may never fully make sense from this current mindset.
Today, open your mind. Pick up a book. Expand your perspective. Give yourself a chance to see past your comfort zone. There is so much more out there if we are willing to try.
