Life is not always fair, but karma will come back around. The moments that you took your power and with it … did things that helped others and that served the greater good, those things go with you beyond this life, and shape your next reality.
When we try to be honorable in the face of terrible things, we gain energetic advantage. When we help those in need without them asking, we show that compassion is stronger than distain. And when we decide to love others when their hate blinds them to the suffering they are causing and the terrible toll that their choices will take on their own soul, we heal our past choices in which we were unconscious and blinded by our own desires and greed.
True power comes not from manipulating the poor to satisfy one’s own agenda. True power comes from being willing to do the hard things when the easy path is trying to entice your soul away from the goodness inside.
With true power comes accountability. There will always be those that do not want to face the truth either inside or outside us. But in the end, the truth matters and while history will be the judge, the consequences are more severe than we often realize.
Today, let your power make a difference in someone’s life. Today, discover that while we all make mistakes and poor choices, we can make amends. But it takes real power to pull us out of delusion and into presence in this moment.
Only when we are fully in the now, can we recognize the long-term consequences for the smallest of actions.
