It is the beginning of the month and as frequently happens the numbers shift and in this case again, back up. Seems we need more grounding and stability in our lives. While we may want to get things in gear, we actually need to be mindful about our health and recognize that we are to take care of ourselves first before we take care of others.

Think for a moment how special and unique your body is. Here is a vehicle that is capable of holding and allowing your soul to enter and have an experience of this dimension and density. It is a marvel of biomechanical engineering. And yes, while there are moments that things can go very wrong. It is amazing how much actually goes right more often than not. We are in a place right now … today … to appreciate this vehicle and give it the TLC that it deserves and actually requires. And with the body, a little goes a long way. The body wants to and is willing to heal and recover. As long as the mind does not keep trying to live in the past.

Today, do something for your health and well-being. Appreciate your body in new ways and allow it to show you that it too has wisdom and magic.

It has the magic to allow you to feel the rainstorms of the spring, the smells of the wet forest, and the touch of the hands of those you love.

The body has its own wisdom and truth. Perhaps today. We can all listen together.
