2 + 2 = 4

Today is the number of neutral mind. What it takes to maintain a state of neutrality at this time is monumental. With so much changing and everyone under their own forms of stress, it takes a great deal of awareness to hold fluidly to the ever-changing situations that continue to present on an almost daily basis.

Sometimes that means that you must step away. Sometimes that means that you must put everyone and everything out of the limelight and instead focus on what you need right now in this moment.

Only when we make a conscious choice to make ourselves the priority can we find that inner peace while inside a storm.

Because the truth is that life is a storm. Life is a constant storm but some of those storms are more easily handled than others. Especially if they are familiar and one has skills that allow one to move with the storm.

Right now, these storms are so new and different that they do not fit into our old coping constructs. We are trying to learn how to maintain balance in a very different and unique moment … while cultivating new skills at the same time.

That is why this feels so difficult at this moment.

Just know that you are not alone and that what we are currently learning is going to be much valued as we continue forward.
