1 + 6 = 7

Today is the number of the strategist thinker (the number 7). It is time to think first and have a plan before we leap. Making random, emotional, and chaotic choices is not advised today. Careful consideration is required and that will allow us to feel calmer as a plan formulates.

The mind loves to put things into some semblance of order. The challenge right now is that nothing at this time conforms to any known parameters that any of us have lived through.

That is because we are in a time of drastic and monumental change. What is clear are that the old patterns that used to cause us comfort are now, no longer dependable. So, we are learning “rapidly” new things and new ways. The key in changing times is adaptability. Being able to think in new and innovative ways is going to be required for the next two plus decades. We are going to have plenty of time to learn even if we resist learning now.

But today is a good time to practice. Allow in those odd feelings and learn to relax with changing situations. Observe without reacting. I know that is a tall order but one that will save you again and again.
