Today is the Number 5 day. We are in the mood for a long, contemplative walk in nature. It is a good day to sort some things out inside our head and align them with our body.

This is the number that seeks congruence between the mind and the body. Life demands many things from us. Physically this moment can feel taxing, but you might check to see if the mind is making things harder than they seem. While we all need a mind to navigate this reality, sometimes it can put more obligations and expectations on ourselves and others. That causes us to overdo and to push our body to the point of breaking.

Rest is as important as work. That is why we sleep a third of our life. We need moments to let the mind completely go and allow our soul to return to that place, frequency, and dimension that feeds us and gives us energy to come back and slog through another day in this density.

Play hard and rest well. Do not let the mind tell you the expectations of others. Follow your own heart and your own path. That is always the way to a more peaceful life.
