1/2/2025 is the number – 13
1 + 3 + 2 + 0 + 2 + 5 = 13
1 + 3 = 4

Today is the number 4. Some are back at work and after the holidays trying to find that work/life balance. Some are still in the unwinding of the December events and activities and cleaning up things and preparing to hit it hard next Monday. But with this shift from celebrating, to going back to work, and the transition to the new year, many are seeking a new way to be with others that does not include the media, the news, or any more drama.

We are craving today … peace and tranquility.

In fact, we want it so much that many are completely walking away from their old ways of soothing in favor of more authentic connection with others.

I was just at a lovely party on New Years Day, and all of us felt exactly the same way. We knew that what the world has been offering is not only not enough, but we all know that it is highly toxic to the well-being of ourselves, our society, and our world.

I learned a long time ago that the opposite of love is not hate … it is disinterest. And that is what I am hearing from those close to me and my clients. They just don’t care anymore what the media or those in power say or do. There is nothing honest or truthful about it.

It is clear that such systems feed on fear and hate. The only way to eradicate them is to not give them our attention and time. That is how they make money to be able to continue to abuse our world.

Seems the turn is to “return” to doing what our heart says and to follow on conscience. While we have created a world filled with those who believe money and power are the only viable goals. Deep inside I know that the majority of Americans and those worldwide, know that such things are never really going to be enough.

What is going to matter in this storm that is coming is community. What is going to matter is to know who you can count on and those that know they can count on you. What is going to matter is that we care for each other and do what is right. What is going to matter is to know that the laws of the land do not always support the voices or the needs of the people. We are in a powerful moment of correction that is needed for us to become better personally first and then eventually make the world better.

To move with that we are going to need to focus on peace and harmony. We are leaning into doing what is right rather than doing what we are told. We are moving towards keeping our own counsel and placing it in the highest priority going forward.

No matter what, all of that is a very good thing.
