3 + 1 + 4 + 2 + 0 + 2 + 5 = 17
1 + 7 = 8

Here we are and while the number 8 has a seriously emotional tone to it, we need to remember to breathe and allow in as much information as is possible right now. Light can be encoded with information in those molecules of light that are coming into our being. But it takes time to allow them to digest into the physical reality, and generate a new form.

The more we breathe the more light we embody. Now is not the time to contract down or to not breathe.

Quite the opposite.

We need to breath more than ever. Today, consciously inhale the light from the Sun. Allow the light of the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse to give you the information that you have been so desperately seeking. Embody the best and highest self you can be even under these confusing circumstances.

We are being tested to see if we will refuse to contract down to our worst self but instead … rally and allow this moment to inspire us to be our best self.

The issue is always choice. In each moment, you know if you are being stubborn and resistant. You know if your ego is demanding to be placated or if your body is soft, unguarded, and open.

The more we allow the number 8 to show us the depth of our own breath, know it will also lead us back to the integration of our best and most authentic self.
