Today is a day we seek the calm center inside our soul. We know it is there, and we recognize that actively moving towards it again is what will allow us to find better health and peace.

We live in a world that rushes around a lot. We live in a world that fears being still because those feelings that you don’t want to address might catch up with you. But running away from life and living in a constant state of fear is not healthy and is not what this experience is supposed to be about.

Happiness is found in the quiet of a still heart. Happiness is soothing to the soul and has nothing that it needs to prove.

That is why today, look to what actually makes you happy and to actively seek those things that bring you to a place of peace and center.

There is always more time to share our hearts and souls with others. There is always one more chance to give someone a moment with your authentic self. There is always one more smile or one more touch of a hand that can make a difference and change someone forever.

Generous and whole beings know to reach out with love. Wounded souls fear authentic interactions and lash out with cruelty and words designed to invalidate.

Today surround yourself with those that want to connect from that deeper place. And remove yourself from the hateful, walking wounded that only know how to use words that are destructive by nature and that come from the intention to manipulate truth to validate their own terrible choices and actions.
