Today is the Number 7 and the plan is to take care of yourself first and foremost. Sometimes we need to put the needs of others to the side completely so we can focus on what we need and allow ourselves to have a plan that works for us.

Honestly, today … I don’t care if it works for others. The only choice is if it will work for you personally.

Yes, I know that is hard. But it is essential with what is coming in this month.

We are in for a long haul and that means we are in a marathon not a sprint. We are going to have to pace ourselves if we are to make it through this cycle.
