Today is the number of grief, loss, and sadness. Notice what you feel currently lost about? Notice where you are still feeling the sting of loss. And take a moment to embrace all your emotions … even these.

I believe that many of us decided to embody here to experience and experiment with the dimensions of feeling. That does not mean to just experience those feelings we like but all the feelings.

I personally prefer those people who are willing to dive deep into their emotional places that are hidden and scary.

A teacher of mine used to say, “You can be a shallow swimmer or a deep diver!” Playing on the surface in this reality can feel like eating fast food all day. Eventually you get sick of it and crave something that will take your breath away and awaken your mind and heart to another potential.

Today, is your chance to discover how much more greatness is inside of you if you are willing to become that deep diver.

When you go deep you discover that the magic you seek is hidden in those deep and dark places. They are waiting for your soul to have the courage to leap.
