The number 5 supports coming into a more grounded and practical way to work with your daily life. It is all about figuring out what you are going for and then doing the small steps to make that happen smoothly.

The number 5 … does not like stress. It is a number that prefers to go at a slow but steady pace. Rushing and running around frantically is not what this number is about.

Healing does not easily happen in a chaotic environment. Stress inhibits the healing process and suppresses the immune system.

What is clear is that as things move forward, more of the care and consideration for our health and stability is going to fall more onto us personally. Medical facilities are buckling under the financial constraints and profits of the big insurance companies. Then who suffers are the people.

We are not going to be able to depend on the systems to help us and so we are going to have to look to doing those things that we know we must, to care for ourselves.

Today seems like a good day to start. It is important to not be blind to our own physical condition As this is a number of responsibility, clearly that responsibility is going to be up to us.
