The Number 5 today can feel exhausting. More is not always better. More can just feel like abusing your body, mind, and spirit. Taking a break is in order and giving your soul a chance to balance out the toxic stress is the pathway through this day.

A hot bath with some medicinal herbs or aromas is a great way to reset the internal body.

We are here to find ways through the maze of this physical reality and to conquer our fears.

On many levels this world is at a fork in the road. Every choice we make become more and more critical for our forward evolution or our being pulled backwards into places where life is less fulfilling and more stressful.

We all make a choice to walk a path of peace or to allow the projections of others to cause us conflict.

As always it is up to us.
