Today, is the Number 2 and the powerful energy of a Negative Mind might be hard to navigate. This number is called the number of Negative Mind and Critical Mind. We are in a place where things seem to be compounding and in ways that add to stress rather than make it better.

While this process unfolds. Take care of your own state of mind and heart. Know that things will get better and that we are here to learn patience and to observe our thoughts and accept what we feel but not necessary make sense of all of it in those moments.

Each person will learn hard lessons in their own way. We cannot stop them from learning those lessons and we may not know why things need to go that way. But we will still have to be in the process and often bear witness to what is happening.

Stay kind. Stay calm. Know that while birthing things is difficult, sometimes letting them go can be just as hard.

Letting go takes a type of courage and bravery that is rare. Know that while the patterns and integration of others are a part of our history. Remember that they are not a part of your own destiny.
