Poem – Choose To Be Brave And Bold

To all of those that love to hate.
I feel sorry for you because you are standing at hells gate.

Life was not supposed to be defined by finding fault.
Life was supposed to be a series of playful summersaults.

I watch as time passes away.
With too much work and not enough play.

I watch as nature tries to slow us down.
But so many believe that life is just about trying not to drown.

Rushing will not get you faster to your goal.
Rushing will only make you cranky and old.

I would rather go slow and listen to the wind.
I would rather talk to the trees as my real friend.

I would rather find a way to share my stories with young and old.
I would rather be a creative warrior that is brave and bold.
