Poem – Flying On One Wing

There are times when we just do not want … one more thing.
But life does not care if we are flying on one wing.

Life never promised a fair experience.
We chose life because of our inexperience.

We knew there was something more to learn.
We searched it out and listened to the yearn.

And that has led us here right now.
It matters not if you don’t know how.

Life knows that to do great things.
Often, we will have to learn to fly on one wing.
