Poem – This Life

In this body, I have lived 5 lives and danced in them all.
I have taken risks and experienced monumental falls.
I would do it all again, in any time or place.
I want to make this life an adventure that I can chase.

Tomorrow lurks in the shadows of the void.
I laugh at those things that today make me annoyed.
I want to feel past the fears that limit what could be.
I know that because of this life, now I can finally see.
