Poem – A Tribute to My Inner Child

 

My inner child, oh how wise you are.

Fearless and free, shining like a star.

You know the power of choice and perspective.

And how limiting beliefs can be so deceptive.

 

You observe the world with love in your heart.

But never let others tear you apart.

You trust in your own intuition.

And follow the path of divine connection.

 

Your oneness with the universe is pure delight.

A beacon of magic that shines so bright.

You are willing to risk and explore.

And open to wonders you’ve not seen before.

 

You know your worth, and never sell out.

Never let anyone cause you to doubt.

You do what is right, no matter what others say.

And refuse to let anyone take your power away.

 

You are an ally, a guide, and a friend.

And I am grateful you will be with me until the very end.

You hold my wisdom, and you always smile with pleasure.

A source of strength that I will always treasure.
