To the Goddess of the Redwood Trees
Goddess of the Great Redwood Trees, majestic and grand,
With branches reaching skyward, like nature’s guiding hand.
Your presence fills the forest, a sanctuary of might,
Where ancient wisdom whispers, beneath the dappled light.
Oh, divine guardian of the towering groves,
Where time stands still and tranquility roves,
You stand as a testament to endurance and grace,
Root us with your embrace, as you stand so firm in your place.
From your lofty heights, you witness life’s dance,
A tapestry of seasons, ever-changing in glance.
Your bark, a rugged armor, protects secrets untold,
Stories of resilience, of the wisdom you hold.
In your sprawling canopy, a haven for all,
Birds nest and sing, as sunlight does fall.
Creatures seek refuge in your towering arms,
Finding solace amidst your ancient charms.
Oh, Goddess of the Great Redwood Trees, we pray,
For your eternal wisdom to guide our way.
Teach us strength and resilience in times of strife,
Remind us to stand tall, in the face of life’s rife.
Your breath, the whisper of the wind through the leaves,
Sings melodies of harmony, like nature’s symphony.
You remind us to have fun and to be carefree,
Connect us to the earth, so that all may see.
As we walk in your presence, humbled and in awe,
We honor your spirit, and heed your law.
Goddess of the Great Redwood Trees, we revere,
Your grace, your beauty, your wisdom sincere.
May we learn from your stillness, your unwavering peace,
And find solace in nature’s embrace, where all worries cease.
In your sacred groves, may we find sanctuary,
And nurture the world with love, as you do, oh, visionary.
