Quote – Choices

Hate is very heavy.
Kindness is light as a feather.
Anger tears a soul apart.
Love creates healing and insight.
Sorrow is more concerned about the past.
And hope is forever reaching for a better future.
We have a choice each and every day.
Those choices add up to a positive life filled with love and gratitude or they drag us along the rocks and thorns of karmic suffering.
