In the crisp morning air, there is a dog bouncing in and out of the brush.

She is on the quest for rabbits!!!

Such joy that animals find in the simple things in life.

May my heart be as fulfilled each morning with such joy.

My face cannot help but smile at the ludicrous, peaceful acceptance of her instinct to hunt something.

I am happy when I can give her consistent moments to express her wild and instinctual self.

Sometimes I think she does it just to make my heart happy.
She shows me what I forgot. My own wild self.
