when the eagle of freedom soars?

Is your heart free like that eagle?
Is your spirit willing to trust
that only air can hold you up?
There are people
that want to believe they are an eagle
when they are actually a peacock.
The eagle does not doubt itself.
There is a fierceness in the eyes of an eagle
that you do not see in a peacock.
Eagles inspire and lead us.
Peacocks do things for show.
Power wins over vanity always.
