Astrology for 1/17/2024

We are at the first quarter Moon and this Moon in Aries will square to the Sun in Capricorn. Use this pattern to get grounded into the actions and activities that are calling your name. For some, this can cause conflict as they try to compete in some interesting ways. Just check to see if your trajectory and direction are true to your heart and know what you need to be slightly before you need to do it. It will make things move more smoothly.
Saturn and Venus will quintile and this can add some grace to our sudden shifts of mood and temperament. Stay true to those you love and know that consistency is a key to most things.
Uranus and Mercury will sesquiquadrate so be careful as mistakes can easily happen when we are not paying attention to the small things. The mind can become a whirlwind of ideas but that may not have any structure or organized system in place to make them manifest. Try to not get off on a tangent. Many things can be done later, and they do not need to be done today.
It seems as this day progresses, the tensions mount with a Mercury/Saturn sextile. Logic today is your friend. It allows a more pragmatic approach to what needs to be done. Lists will help and checking them off even more so. The practical mindset is precise and more practiced. Directing the upsets in today’s adventures is going to be smoother if we just stay the course.
