Astrology for 10/20/2023

Power and ambition seem to want to lead the way with this Capricorn Moon. We see it playing out in many forms currently. Clearly, there are many ugly games being played below the surface.
But the truths keep sneaking out.
The old games of intimidation will not work in our social media connected world. And those that want to get power from pushing their weight around are finally getting a rude awakening.
Personally, I am happy that all these techniques of intimidation are coming fully into the light. We need to be shocked into making major changes and generating powerful shifts of perspective.
The Sun and Mercury finally aligned in Libra yesterday and we are still working with that flow today.
Mercury will square to Pluto, and the Sun will follow suit tomorrow. We are already seeing all this play out in certain souls who are insisting that they get what they want and they intend to have their way by pushing others around.
Problem is that this strategy is not working at all anymore. In fact, it will bring up many deep-seated resentments and they will end up getting a push back that they are not expecting.
Many will feel as if they cannot trust the universe and that certain things are making difficult situations much worse.
The only real power is the power of self-discovery and the power that comes from being whole and content within our own actions and choices.
True power does not come from our ability to manipulate others in doing what we want.
True power comes from doing what is right and necessary in the moment so that later on, we can live peacefully with our choices and actions without regret.
