We are in the energy of the number 15/6. The number 15 is an indication of a spirited day. The number one is about individuality and the number 5 is very earthy. So here is a bit of rebellion that wants to break free and then there is this part of you want wants the earthly pleasure, food, sex, love, and attention. When then combine there is a harmonious quality that is understanding of the differences and yet it chooses to stay loving and open. When you feel your “Self” and bring that full presence into the physical plane then you are seen as honorable, trusting, stable, and connected. The Sun is semi-square Mars early today, so be aware of feelings of impatience. The Last Quarter Moon is exact this morning, and points to some sort of crisis in consciousness. After basking in the awareness symbolized by the full light of the Moon at the time of last week’s Full Moon, you notice that you need to sort out what works and what doesn’t in preparation for next week’s New Moon. New Moon gives you a chance to begin again. But today is not the best time to start a major project as the decreasing light of the Moon symbolizes your soul’s descent into unconsciousness. The Sun trines Jupiter and Venus sextiles Neptune today. These positive influences stimulate your faith. You will want to see the best in people. With Sun-Jupiter, you may be trying to impress people and with Venus-Neptune you see beauty in imperfection. However, Uranus and Pluto are moving towards a square, exact early tomorrow and tension can be in the air. You know that the plan is to make changes. Uranus the planet of revolution, revelation, and change is squaring Pluto the plant of death, transformation, and rebirth. So one part of you wants to leap forward while another part of you becomes very obvious that it wants to stay put. You are in a tug of war with yourself. This is where you have to dive deep inside and tell yourself the truth. And that means from both sides. You have to claim your dream and you have to let go of fear that has been holding you back. I believe that one of the things that creates Karma is when you are not fully present in your body. When you are not fully here then you make choices and decisions that are not aligned with the greater flow of life and those decisions backfire and make you stop and have to become present again. What brings all of us back to present is beauty, all forms of beauty. There is beauty that is in nature, beauty that is seen when love is shared between people, and beauty in individuals. I love the images of Mother Theresa and Pema Chodrun. There is such beauty and peace that emanates from them. It is not that they are beautiful in the common ways that we judge humanity. They are beautiful in the area of radiance and how their light shines forth from their eyes and soul. In life we do not want to show our wounds, our vulnerability, or our dark emotions because we fear being judged by others. In reality, it is only by being willing to not be afraid of who you are, what you have been through, or of what others think that you become truly beautiful.
