Numerology/Astrology for 12/9/16

12/9/16 is the number 3. The number 3 wants us to reframe the negative to the positive. But it is very difficult when certain politicians keep making decisions and claims that harm America and attempt to change the very fabric of what it is to be an American. So I know it is hard but attempt to see the Devil and the Divine moving through all things. For some people that is very obvious but in each of us it is much more difficult. Never forget that we are in a world of duality. Those places you see inside that you have labeled as good have an equal and opposite side inside that is the opposite. Now we know that those parts are there but we attempt to focus on the more positive aspects within and neglect to listen to the message of the others. (This should sound familiar in our world right now also) So only by really looking at what is opposite in us can we begin to heal the split that we see in the external world. Know that this is going to take time. Perhaps forever. But as a culture the very life of America and this planet is what is at stake. Take the time to see both your good and bad sides. What is the message that your “bad side” is attempting to show you? Allow the truth of that feeling to fully move through you. Only by sitting with that discomfort can you find another way to move and then allow a more integrated experience to happen. The Moon is in pioneering Aries all day and picks up dynamic aspects that encourage new pursuits and ideas. The Sun forms a sextile with Jupiter, and this influence can bring hopefulness, tolerance, and goodwill into your life. This could be an opportunity to discover ways to create increased influence, get a “yes” or go-ahead for a project, and gain cooperation from others. You can be especially sociable and generous under this influence. Confidence comes from a stronger sense of who you are and the principles you represent. Some form of recognition or distinction is possible now. You are more able to grasp the “big picture” which expands your perspective.

I know that everyone is deeply fatigued by the emotional trauma and drama of this election and I know that many keep saying to “Give him a chance!” It seems to me that many of us are doing that and I say to myself, “He is just the president and we have a system of checks and balances so it can’t be all that bad.” But then this president elect continues to make not only shocking choices and decisions but also ones that are dangerous and unprecedented in the domain of antagonism to our own people and the world.

At 56 years old I have never witnessed such unconscious behavior or behavior that has such utter disregard to the feelings and dispositions of the American people. After all more that half did not vote for him but he acts as if he got 100% of the American vote and that somehow he has a blank check to work with even before he gets into office.

In 1978 my father said to me, “Take a good look. You are watching the fall of the Roman Empire and it is the United States. It will take 100 years to collapse just as it did Rome but it will collapse. And that collapse will be because of our terrible attention to education. It is only though an educated public that democracy can continue. When you have a large majority of people who are unable to have objective mental observation skills and cannot separate fact from fiction that is how fascism has always taken over.” And he said this in 1978!

This time in history to me this is alarming. My father knew every president of the United States. He knew every General of the United States. My father was a great man that is responsible for saving millions of American lives over his lifetime and beyond. My father won the Haggerty Award for Research Excellence. And he was one of the most intelligent men I have ever met. He had a calm head and an ability to observe without throwing projection into situations, which was essential in his line of work and what he was accomplishing at the time of the Cold War and Vietnam.

It is important to listen to the wisdom of those that have come before us and use their knowledge to help us move through difficult times. But I know that such a time, as this has not happened ….. ever! It is going to be up to the people to either pull us back from the brink of this potential disaster or do nothing and allow this great country fall into a place where the rich get richer and have all the control while the poor get poorer. One person of power can quickly destroy what has been built over centuries but only many voices in unison can stop a total destruction of what we have come to know as America.
