Numerology/Astrology for 1/4/15
Today we are in the number 4 day. The number four represents the connection of four points creating a base upon which to build. This square represents solidness, permanence, and being firmly grounded on earth. In order to do that there must be some form of balance and harmony. It embraces the ability to communicate and negotiate with others in order to find solutions. The number four is associated with the four elements in shamanism, earth, air, fire, and water. It is through these four elements that the universe was created. It also represents the four directions, north, east, south, and west. So the number four is the means by which we direct and find our way through life. The Rosicrucian’s believe that the four elements are associated with beings that have influence on the destiny of man. Earth was inhabited by Gnomes; the Air was inhabited by Sylphs; the Fire was inhabited by Salamanders; and the Water was inhabited by Elementals. The positive characteristics of the number four are learning to become neutral and to understand others’ perspectives in a non-reactive way. In the negative, the number four can bend over backwards for others and not take a firm stand for oneself.

We are coming to a place where culturally we are recognizing the importance of bringing back the balance of the feminine into our governments, ways, and beliefs. Separation and denial of any group causes a breakdown of systems and leads to an imbalance in the natural order of life. I am so grateful that I get to live in a time when so many stereotypes are being broken down and there is a global shift in trying to work together and to give everyone permission to believe and think as they want, with a condition. And that condition is that you cannot intentionally cause suffering for others because of your beliefs or positions. You are entitled to believe what you believe but imposing your standards on others or overriding others in a desperate need to be right is no longer acceptable. As the feminine comes back into balance it is so important to recognize that it is through the feminine lens that you can change perceptions and beliefs through education. Knowledge breed’s acceptance of others. When you understand something you no longer judge it. When you are educated in a way that allows for exploration into a culture, belief, or group then you also no longer fear it. It is fear that needs to be shifted on this planet. When that happens then acceptance becomes the norm and peace will become prevalent on earth.
