Numerology/Astrology for 3/16/16
3/16/16 is the number 10. The number 10 is calling you back to your personal power and excellence. It calls you to awaken and remember who you are and what you came to do on his beautiful planet. You are an individual and you are a part of a collective “one”. The question is how do you operate simultaneously from both aspects? The answer is in keeping both perspectives in your awareness, never letting one become more important than another. Being an individual builds integrity and personal power and strength. You learn that you are more capable than you realize. Being a part of a collective teaches you how to work together towards a common goal and that there are things that can only be done in a cooperative environment. Jupiter forms a trine with Pluto today – a longer-term influence that first perfected in October 2015, and that will perfect again in June. This is a potentially empowering, earthy strong influence that is good for business, the law, and commerce, as well as motivation levels and ambition. You might enjoy increased influence, faith, and insight now. The desire for more personal significance can motivate you to finally get off that fence and to push yourself to more ambitiously pursue personal or professional goals. The ability to sway or persuade can be enhanced now. One of the most positive uses of this transit is taking steps to better yourself and the lives of those around you. You might solve a long-standing old conflict that has kept you stuck or you might finally be able to capitalize upon a resource that was previously hidden. The Moon is in Cancer all day, where it feels at home, and harmonizes with Venus and Neptune, increasing intimacy and encouraging cooperation.

At some point we have to try to make a change in a system that continues to create a wider and wider imbalance. There is enough money in our society where a new pattern could begin to open a possibility towards a better balance. The greater challenge is to not do it from anger and hatred but from a place of a joyous accepting of a great challenge and a willingness to find a doorway to a possibility that can be done together.

Hatred comes first from your own personal suffering. And even more from a place of suffering that others did not notice or reach out to help. No one wants to feel invisible. No one wants to think that his or her pain and suffering does not matter. That creates a deep-seated anger and resentment that wants to last out at those that consistently ignore their pain and suffering. But there is also a place where you have to actively choose to find a way out of that suffering. Wallowing does not inspire others to reach out and help. But we have also created a world where we notice those with money and power more than we notice those who are struggling with real issues. We want to hobnob with those in power. We want to pretend that we are them. How do we create a society where we do not let those in pain remain there without help? How do we create a society where no one is allowed to fall through the cracks? I know that I do not have the answer but the first step is to have compassion for those who have less than us and those who have the courage to raise their voices up and call out to remind us that there is a great imbalance. Today, if we as a country wanted to, we could begin to address those imbalances.
