Numerology/Astrology for 3/9/16

3/9/16 is the number 3. The number 3 brings a much needed positive energy back into the mix. It may feel as if crazy people surround you but at least today you can laugh about it. The Moon continues its transit of Pisces until 2:41 PM EST, and while decisions or commitments may not be easy under this influence, tapping into your intuition is. The Moon enters Aries at 2:41 PM, and you begin a new lunar zodiacal cycle. The Aries Moon is independent and impatient. With the Moon’s trine to Mars this afternoon, you may feel braver than usual. This influence heightens your feelings, awakens your impulses, and stirs your passions. You are more in tune with your natural impulses, and less inclined to think things through before taking action. You are more resourceful and independent, and less demanding of people.

Quote
“When you think everything is someone else’s fault, you will suffer a lot. When you realize that everything springs only from yourself, you will learn both peace and joy. Pride leads to violence and evil. The truly good gaze upon everything with Love and understanding.”

I find that this election has created a bit of an unprompted phenomena. I have clients from all over the world and at the end of their reading they have to talk to me about how upset and horrified they are with our Republican nominees. We forget that we are a representation of a human potential to the world but at the moment we have failed in our own honoring of our forefathers. We have been a beacon for “The land of the Free and the home of the Brave.” And now the reflection we are giving the world is “The land of the Afraid and the home of the Bullies.” How did we get to this place? We have failed in following the great plan that our forefathers and ancestors laid out for us. We were to be a country that accepted all and were brave enough to confront our prejudices and fears. Right now there are large pockets of people that are feeding on the fear and hypocrisy that was never the intention of this great country. Now, I know that we have not always done it well but we did try to be the leader in leaning into the edges of acceptance and tolerance. Yes, we have a long way to go, that is clear based on the present state of things. But America represents a human potential where all races, creeds, and religions can get along. It is a huge responsibility in this world of conflict to stand true to those values. That requires you to set aside your perspective and hold tight to the potential that is what America has been about for over 200 years. So many have died and suffered in the name of freedom. Are you willing to lift your voice for what America represents? We have the power of free speech but that does not mean that we allow voices of anger, resentment, and fear to be louder than that voice of pride that is what it means to be an American. Stand up for what you believe. Do not allow the voices of bullies to undermine what our country stands for in the world. That world is watching us closely. What we decide and how we do that is going to be a model for America stepping forward as a world power of peace, harmony, and honor or falling into the abyss of history like other great cultures. It is up to each one of you to see beyond the façade that is being presented and to move beyond the emotional prejudices of your culture and DNA. Step beyond your programming and your own personal wounding and step into the place where as one, we need to believe in the American dream. The world needs that American dream to be a possibility. Your voice can lift up and be heard as a voice of tolerance, reason, and compassion. I hope many of you will have that courage to stand up for the human potential rather than the suffering that is the human condition.
