Numerology/Astrology for 5/10/17

5/10/17 is the number 7. When you are in the negative side of this number you will fall into the places of morbidity and depression. You will become dependent and co-dependent, stagnant, prideful, narrow minded, you will argue your position in the face of truth, you will resent those that attempt to tell you the truth with facts and figures, you will be unwilling to share ideas that are inclusive and you will refuse to compromise. In the negative this number is hypercritical, rigid, argumentative, and set in their mind to a thought or course upon which they will not deviate even in the face of overwhelming facts and truth. Instead seek more knowledge. Decide to uncover your own prejudices and distortions. Look to where they came from and if they are actually serving you or if they are serving your ego.
In life, you have to learn to sacrifice the perceived truths of your youth for the awakened awareness of maturity.
If you don’t you remain a child, and as such, you are easily manipulated by others to behave and move in the way they have programmed you to move.
Life is simple. Do good. Support others suffering and help those in need. Do not do things that outwardly cause more harm. And remember that money is not the doorway to happiness.
The Sun in Taurus opposes the Moon in Scorpio at 5:44 PM EDT today. This Full Moon (Flower Moon) in the sign of Scorpio is supported by Pluto. This reminds you of the need to consider others’ support, contribution, needs, wants, and input, and possibly forcing awareness of relationship imbalances. If you have been focusing too closely on material and comfort needs, you may need this push to embrace intangibles and spiritual growth. Discoveries made now may have a magical or private quality to them. This lunation occurs shortly after Mercury and Uranus have formed a conjunction, pointing to a rather sudden but also natural, positive, and illuminating discovery phase. This influence adds to the elements of surprise and revelation. The Full Moon is a time of culmination and the promise of fulfillment of that which began at the New Moon. It is an emotional time–a time of romance, fertilization, and relationships. The Taurus-Scorpio polarity deals with the balance between all that is mine (Taurus) and all that is yours (Scorpio). It also emphasizes the concept of form (Taurus) versus transformation (Scorpio). Neglecting either end of the axis will surely backfire on you. Ideally, you find a balance between the two energies, and this is what the Full Moon invites you to do. Something has been building inside of you, likely of an intimate nature, and now is the time when the energy of the cosmos fairly demands that you let it out. With the Moon full and bright in the sky, symbolic “illumination” occurs in your life. These new revelations are emotional ones, as emotions burst forth into your consciousness. An upcoming Mars-Neptune challenge suggests some struggle seeing the reality of a situation, and it makes sense to hold off on major decision-making. The Moon is in Scorpio all day.

To navigate this world right now you need the qualities of mental analysis, the understanding of psychology and philosophy, and a keen mind that has discernment and objectivity rather than prejudice and reactivity. There are so many that do not understand to the depth that they have allowed negative and deceptive sources to infect their mind and thus they have become a part of the problem rather than the solution. What is even worse is that they cannot or will not see that they have become infected with these lies and now because they believe them they will defend the undefendable. Just as the Allied Forces were closing in on Berlin and there were those still defending Hitler and believing that he was going to save them when it was obvious to all expect the brainwashed that the opposite was true. Minds are a scary and terrible thing in moments. Once the mind latches onto a belief and it matches their prejudices it locks in and begins attempting to find pieces of information that will validate that position, even when give all the facts and logic to show otherwise. That is why in Buddhism they say, “You are not what you feel. You are not what you think. You are not your body. You are a soul inhabiting the body”. Therefore thoughts, feelings and body cannot be trusted in giving truth and clarity in the highest sense. You are in a world of samsara (suffering) and you will continue to create that suffering because of attachments. Sometimes those attachments are to being right, justifying your choices, and a way for you to project your anger out of your own body and into someone else. The most powerful lesson is to wake up and admit that you were wrong and stop attempting to justify your terrible choices with more deception. When you do that, you just add layers and layers of distortion over truth and uncovering that truth at a later time is incredibly difficult.  Stability comes when you understand yourself and what is right and wrong rather than what you are being told from outside sources. Let’s get real everyone. Hurting others actively is wrong. Blaming others and putting them in big boxes so you can feel superior is wrong. Doing things that support the continued delusions of megalomaniacs is wrong. Actively supporting people that are choosing to line their own pockets at the expense of the poor is wrong. Creating bills and laws that do not allow for the richest country in the world to take care of the children, the old, and the dying with dignity is wrong. None of those choices can ever work in your karmic favor. Supporting people and situations that cause others suffering is going to burden you with a large amount personal karma that can set you back on your karmic progression by lifetimes.
