Today is the number 8. So the emotional charge on things is still running a bit high. Expect triggers and drama to ensue in a multitude of directions. Try to remain calm and remember that we are all in this boat together and the planet needs our conscious clarity right now and none of us need to add to the drama. It is a great day to exercise and breathe as a way to get rid of stress. Try to not take things personally. The Moon is in Capricorn all day, and you might express your feelings reservedly or sparingly. Your sense of responsibility is stronger than usual, and you aim for efficiency in many areas of life now. A sextile between Mercury and Uranus today encourages alternative approaches and new ideas, as well as technical thinking. The intuition is strong, and insights seem to come from “out of the blue”. Original, creative ideas are easy to come by. You can take advantage of your ability to see things in a new light by breathing life into old projects or solving problems in new, creative ways. Varying your usual routine may be especially rewarding.

So often our patterns that spill out to others that are erratic and unpredictable are related to us attempting to get out of suffering. Unfortunately those patterns often cause suffering for others. When we do not acknowledge where we are suffering in our life we move from a place of unclarity rather than consciousness. It is a form of reaction. When we are in a reactive state we are not coming from our center we are coming from our wound. Rarely does that end well for anyone.
