We continue to get the rain that we so need in California. I am so grateful to the rain goddess! While it is wet and wild, it is also falling in a nice consistent way that allows for it to soak into the ground and give all the plants a real drink.

Yesterday, the stress of the past week with my mom in Spokane hit me.
I was so tired at lunch time that I had to lay down and just rest before my afternoon appointments.
That is not like me at all. I am not an afternoon “nap” person. But yesterday, I did not get to choose.

Life is like that at times. It demands that we notice what our body needs and refuses to cooperate unless we listen and do what the body requires.

In my life, I have tried to listen to all parts of myself. I have tried to become one with the flows between my physical and energetic bodies. Those overlaps are where the most subtle messages are allowed to cross from one energetic dimension and into another.

I often think that we are all time travelers. Not in the sense of traveling backwards in time, but in the way that we exist in other realities and those dimensions can and do directly interface with our physical body. And those dimensions will interact with us all the time. Messages float in from some place and give insights ideas and inspire us to our next level of interface with this world.

Remember who you are.

Remember that you came from very far.

Never forget that our souls exist.

In many ways so that we can assist.

We are here to help those that we can.

We are here to expand our experience of clan.

We are all travelers visiting this dimension and place.

We are all here to learn the depth of human compassion and grace.
