1 + 5 = 6

The number 6 is like our conscience tapping on our shoulder trying to get our attention. Our spiritual side is more awake today and would like a moment of our time. Yes, all of us have a busy day. But we can stop for a moment in a parking lot and put on some nice music and just allow ourselves to drift for a period of time.
I like to have 3 pieces of music play through completely. I shut my eyes and allow the music to show me a pathway that is less frenetic and more organic. That way, as I move along, I have at least attempted to claim my center, my wholeness, and this allows my coping mechanisms to improve so that the next people I meet, I am more present and can respond appropriately.
There are many times that such a moment has actually saved my life. In stopping, I was more aware when I got back on the road and then managed to bypass an accident that happened all around me. Or by the time I got to where I was going, someone was in a desperate state of mind and their upset could have pulled me down with them, but it did not because of my reconnected commitment to my own center.
Let that spiritual side inside your heart and soul stop the rat races of life for a moment today and allow you to remember how wonderful and loving you are. When we know who we are and what our intentions really want, the projections of others bounce off our aura and have no negative impact on who we are.
