Today is a day to focus on your own health and well-being. For some that may mean getting back on top of the house stuff. For others, it may mean getting back into an exercise routine that allows you to feel better and find a way to remove stress.

Life is always a balancing act. One that requires us to adapt and change with our constantly changing external situations.

The key is adaptability. When we have internal flexibility, we can adapt to what is happening and make wiser and clearer choices.

Many of us strive to find a work/life balance. But we also need to look at our intentions at what is driving us forward. If we are trying to keep up with some standard that we believe is necessary, we can end up running ourselves ragged and our health into the ground.

That is why knowing what is motivating you deep down is important. Most do not see how fear is running them and how their actions are a reflection of unworthiness or insecurity.

When you know who you are and love all parts of your being, you move from the center of your being rather than your mind. Then it is easier to move from adaptability because moving from your authentic core is so much easier and more organic.

Today, notice what is motivating you. Notice if fear is the underlying force and make a decision to find the deeper place inside that knows who you are and why you are here. When you come from that place, choices are no longer about needing to belong to a group or fitting into the picture in your mind. Then, in each moment your soul can walk this earth walk from a sense of peace and what is right … becomes obvious and easy.

Being a good person is easier when you are not attached to another’s agenda … but only in doing what serves the greater good, resolve one’s own karma, and in doing no harm.
