Today is the number of positive mind. We seek those things that make us smile and that are helpful and supportive to others.

In every moment we have a choice to be kind. In each breath we have a chance to put our biases to the side and help those that are currently in need. In each heartbeat we learn to do what is right over what we are told.

We are living in a time when we are going to be asked repeatedly to have concern for those suffering regardless of if our egos and mind want to believe their choices and actions have caused their own upsets and challenges.

We are here to watch the pain of others and to find compassion so that we take appropriate actions. We are not here to vindicate that we are lucky, blessed, better, or more deserving. If we cannot do what is morally and ethically right in a moment, we are still learning to trust our heart over our head.

Today, we look past the rules and laws of mankind and instead intend to face our fears and do what is morally and ethically right over what we are being intimidated to condone.
