2 + 0 = 2

The number 2 wants to drag us into too much thought. Thoughts cannot always give us the answers we seek. Doing things, making changes, and taking actions are what will bring us results in this reality. While thoughts can show us ways to make them happen, it is up to us to take what is offered up and then move us in the directions of conscious goals.

Try to not let the mind get out of control. Do not allow those negative thoughts to pull you down and into hard places to come out of. It is best to do whatever it takes to separate from situations that are causing you stress.

Notice if the mind makes up an excuse that tells you that you have to try harder. Then notice if you have the bandwidth to do that. If you don’t … then you must figure out how to step back and regroup. Trying … when you have no reserve left … is a terrible idea and will only get you in a tighter bind.

Do things that will allow the mind to relax and then allow your soul to see the situation from another perspective.

The path will reveal itself if you stop rationalizing and instead take a break and come back to it later.
