Today, relish the fact that you live, breathe, walk, and wander on this amazing planet. Take a moment to remember the beautiful landscapes that you have witnessed and the many special moments you have shared with others. We are blessed to be here now.

Sometimes I wonder how many souls have wanted to dance in these human bodies or swim in the oceans as dolphins or whales. I say this because we can get so caught up in our own minds and the troubles in this world that we forget the many special moments that have happened in our lives.

Today, take a moment to go through that photo album or those pictures on your computer or phone and play with nostalgia for a time.

If they make you smile … wonderful.

If they make you sad because you miss someone … that is also okay.
We are each here only for a short time. We are but a blink in the eye of Mother Nature and a microsecond in the eyes of the Universe.

That is why today, taking time to remember your own journey can be a wonderful thing.

When we realize the amazing life we have had, the difficult moments do not seem so challenging and we learn to embrace each moment because we realize that in doing our best in those moments, we create powerful memories that can sustain us through difficult times.
