Poem – Pluto

Pluto comes in and the tsunami rises up.
It is time to let go and empty that cup.

What comes next is not what the mind can see.
What comes next will not be peaceful or easy.

Pluto asks you to pick up a new sword.
Lessons learned will have their own reward.

Pluto tells us that what is yet to come.
Is not a thing from which you can run.

Pluto tells us to face the storm.
Even when you believe it is not the norm.

Life is filled with ups and downs.
Life is filled with many crazy clowns.

What you can do is be true to what matters most.
Because eventually all clowns become a ghost.

History repeats but those lessons that need to be learned.
Are here for those whose soul feel slighted and spurned.

Pluto takes what once was and throws it away.
Something new will be born even from those that betray.

Pluto gives you eyes in which the darkness you can see.
Pluto awakens compassion in the self-important and lordly.

Regardless Pluto will take us over the next 19 years.
And tear down much and force us to shed many tears.

But in breaking hearts it can cause us to come together in a new way.
Pluto creates new life … eventually … someday.
