4 + 1 + 56+ 2 + 0 + 2 + 2 = 17. Then we can add the 1 + 7 to get the number 8.

The number 8 is associated with the sign of Leo. While this number can represent the sorrow, grief, and the losses in life, today I want to bring it more into the exuberance and human quest for eternal light.

This number is the symbol of the infinite and the never-ending expression of the love and light that flows into this world. The energy that intends to guide us towards artistic and creative expression.
Today, more than ever, is a day to intend to give hope to a world being torn apart. Where hope and desire burns bright there are endless possibilities and those that carry that energy are a breath of fresh air in a world holding its breath for the next potential hit.

Sometimes we must fight for our center and not let the actions of others tear down our creativity or confidence.

Sometimes we must let fear go and allow the gloriousness within to be seen by others.

Too often we are afraid to sit with our own discomfort and discover the emotion, belief, or intention that is behind it.
Shine your light upon the less fortunate.
Do anything to give back that can help or support others.

While the wounds of our ego can hurt, that process is often to allow us to learn to ask for help.
When we honor and recognize the pain and suffering of others, that is how we learn to discover our own unhealed places.
We are learning that true compassion and understanding for others is the real power that can become a force for great change.

Astrology for Today

We are finally at the Full Moon that has been building for days. As it is in Libra, I expect each of us to look ahead and have some sense of recognition or understanding. Emotional awareness comes at a great cost. And we are witnessing so much terrible loss in our world at this time.

We are in the time of Aries and those that want to assert themselves in ways that follow their beliefs … are escalating.

The Moon in Libra wants to find common ground.
The Aries Sun wants to battle until their goal is found.
We cannot take lightly what is happening in the world at this time. We are learning that there are those that will continue to have our backs and those that negotiate as a strategy for delays that give them more time to maneuver and plan.

There are many that will show great courage during this fight for autonomy and to find freedom.

We have been set upon a path that we do not know the end result … quite yet.

Saturn makes our efforts determined and strong.
Pluto asks us to look to our history and the past to make better choices and to see more clearly the patterns facing us. The more we know and learn, the more we will eventually understand. And that will lead us to better choices in our future.

It is important to keep things very simple right now. Care and concern add emotional pressure to our current actions and choices.

While the planets are all in a direction moving forward, it is making us leap ahead and make choices now.
There is no more time to wait.

This evening the Moon will go into Scorpio and many things hidden will surface and cause more emotional distress over the next few days.
