I am always amazed at how much emotional garbage gets stored in the body and how challenging it can be at times to figure out how to get it out. The more of these things I have done the more movement and space gets opened up in my body. Such a commitment to the body is something that is well worth the effort because you honestly don’t know what you are holding or how holding certain emotions may create illnesses down the road. The mind is very good at disguising them and stuffing them into small corners of your body and often you don’t know what you have suppressed until you are sick, depressed, or ill in some way. Today, how can you make a new commitment to the health and well being of your physical body? Make a goal to do one thing a month that supports your physical health and well-being. Try new things. Often tools only work in one area or with one particular energy pattern. By changing things around you will discover the pieces within that have been blocking your life from expanding into the world.
