5/5/17 is the number 2. Do your best to not let your mind find all the patterns in this world to criticize and complain about. Yes, there are many things not going well but it is still up to each of us to find a positive way to move through challenging times. There is always a small glimmer of something positive in the midst of so much negative. How you move through the moments of change and instability come from your center and your ability to stay grounded when it seems as if the world is attempting to pull the rug out from under your feet. When you think beyond this moment of frustration you can see how a combined force for good is attempting to break down the delusions and distorted perceptions of so many. Sometimes things have to completely collapse in order to manifest change for all.

The Sun forms an inconjunct with Jupiter early today, which can serve to contrast two very different drives and goals, and it can be difficult to know your next step as a result. The desire to experience something new or for more freedom to explore can amount to restlessness if you are not certain about what it is you actually want. There can be disagreements over values or money matters in partnerships, or perhaps a price to pay that’s higher than initially expected. This is a time of adjustments, and perhaps of letting go of old habits so that you can free yourself up for experiences that allow you to grow and move forward. The Moon is in Virgo all day, and while its opposition to Neptune this morning can temporarily pull you off your game, its harmonious aspects with the Sun and then Pluto encourage cooperation, focus, and practical ability.

I believe that we are in a moment in time where it is the voice of the feminine that has the potential to save this world. But the difficulty lies in the fact that so many women have been beaten down for thousands of years and the mechanism for standing up for truth has been compromised because of abuse, betrayal, and shame. The DNA of your feminine ancestors is inside your core and I remind all of us living that if you have a drop of Caucasian ancestry inside that the women that survived the Dark Ages, were women who kept their mouths shut. You are descended from the women that managed to shut up and conform so that you did not burn at the stake for witchcraft. During the Dark Ages the Catholic Church decided that when a man died that 100% of his wealth was automatically given to the church, leaving the women on the street and in the poor houses. The literally decided that they did not want to pay for all these women and so any women who was attempting to make money doing things such as midwifery, herbal healer, etc. to survive was labeled a witch and burned at the stake. It is estimated that over 10 million women were killed over a 250-year period. You can imagine the fear that such a time would have caused. So, the women that managed to survive and procreate were the women that kept quiet and did what they were told. Now, here we are in this century but within your DNA is a mechanism of survival and when threatened you might feel the need to be quiet and not engage the processes happening outside. But this is the mechanism that you have to fight. When you break out of the fear and stagnation of your feminine ancestors you heal that pattern that is going back to that original ancestor such a long time ago. You can heal your family line and the future line by breaking out and letting your voice be heard. Do not be afraid of life or death. To fully live you have to repeatedly face death. Do it for your ancestors. Free them from the fear that did not allow their power and feminine strength to be expressed. Let this moment define your lineage as you move forward. It is the feminine that can change the course of this moment. Clearly the masculine will continue to do terrible damage unless the feminine comes in to mitigate the destructive tendencies it tends to do from habit. Each of us must learn to change. The feminine needs to stand up for life and the masculine needs to learn to listen to feminine wisdom and co-create with the feminine to serve not the individual self-interest but the greater whole. We are at a place in time where without seeing the bigger picture and how we are all connected to each other, humanity and life itself is now threatened on this planet.
