And attitude is extremely helpful in whether that shifting is pleasant or unpleasant. Take a look at your core energy and the attitude that you exude in the world. Do you like who you are becoming? This moment in history is what makes people great and rise up or collapse back down into their wounds and allow karma to continue to restrict the free flow of power and essence within. Notice the habits and patterns that define you. Are they enough? Is there more to you? Is there a way that you can discover that latent potential that you know is inside? If you are in a situation where you are caught in habits that while safe and secure, do not allow you to grow and discover those hidden potentials within you, then you will be looking outwards to find what you seem to be lacking.
